Our mission
Our aim is to provide professional assistance to all customers
and to guarantee the success of all projects. Complete
satisfaction expressed by customers at the end of installation
work is the most valuable form of repayment for our work
and is indispensable to the growth of our technical and
commercial know-how. SE.RA.COM was set up in 1987.
At that time our main activity was limited to the supply
of technical services (design and calculation using
CAD systems). Sales have increased constantly over the
years, however, and we now design and supply over two
hundred complete lift systems a year. Lifts
using standard market technology and design represent
only a small part of our business. The largest part
of our work is dedicated to the design and development
of special lifts (panoramic, high speed, service
lifts, etc.) and refurbishments.
We have been based at our premises in Via Austria on
the Padua industrial estate since May 2003. Our offices
occupy an area of around two hundred square metres.
The space dedicated to the storage and organisation
of components awaiting delivery to installation sites
occupies more than twice this area. This ample space
enables us to handle all phases of production for various
orders easily and efficiently.
The support we provide includes valid technical and
commercial assistance and enables installers to supply
all types of lift. Our after-sales service
completes our cycle of operations and ensures rapid
response to customer requests throughout the installation
stage.
